Note for Mac OS Users:
We've had reports that the player may turn invisible due to some rendering issues with our CanvasGroup nodes. This problem appears to be limited to Chromium based browsers (Chrome, Safari, Brave) on Mac OS.  If you see this, you can try Firefox if you're willing to give it a go. Otherwise our post-jam release will have this fixed on day 1! Cheers!

There’s something lurking in the water… a terrifying sea serpent!

In this game, YOU are the serpent,  and you are very, very hungry. Leap out of the water and catch those pesky sailors that try to impale you with their spears and harpoons. Consume them first… before they consume you!

<LOUD SOUND WARNING>
Fullscreen is recommended.

Use controls A/D on keyboard or LEFT or RIGHT on a gamepad. Wiggle back and forth (not too quickly!) to build up speed and launch out of the water. Perform different tricks and stunts to earn score which tallies up at the end! Can you get the highest score?

This game was developed by Sixthgear (developer and coder) and Benjo (artist and composer), for the Godot Wild Jam #83 using Godot game engine, Aseprite, and Garage Band. The theme is CONSUME.

This is bangs. Reminds me of flash games I'd play for hours as a kid  really well done.

great game bit of a bug (at least for mac) but the sprite for the monster kept breaking other than that great game

awesome game! i'd love to work on your audio/music if you have any coming up!

Best game yet for me. Cannon jumps are fun. End screen softlocks if you are only on controller though

Thanks so much for playing! :) I just realized as soon as I read this that there is a bit of code that responds to only key inputs. I'll fix it soon! :)
